TERMS OF SERVICE

Please carefully read and understand these Terms of Service prior to becoming a member of stickyasian18.com, as they constitute a binding legal agreement (the "Terms of Service") by and between the SITE OPERATOR and any persons who elect to become members to the Service (the "member").

This agreement is subject to change by stickyasian18.com at any time, and changes are effective without notice upon each member.

DEFINITIONS USED IN THIS AGREEMENT

This is the site for which you are purchasing a user name and password (login) from in order to access the site. The term "Member" or "Membership", as referred to in the Terms of Service and means –The holder (member) of a valid user name and password (login) for the site during the term of Membership.

ELECTRONIC RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT

New members will be sent, via email, electronic receipts and/or access to billing records that support charges for use of the site.

DESCRIPTION OF BILLING

All charges for membership will discreetly appear for Verotel as 'VTSUP B.V.' and for CCBill as ‘CCBill’ on your credit card statement depending on the processor.

RECURRING AND NON-RECURRING MEMBERS - AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Membership fees for recurring members are automatically renewed at the end of each month, for one more month, unless notice is submitted by the member to either Verotel or CCBill prior to the end of the term. Non-recurring members only pay a one-time payment for one month’s membership.

Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms here of, each member of stickyasian18.com hereby authorises Verotel or CCBill to charge the members credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for the continuing cost of membership.

CANCELLATION/ TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

For all questions relating to a cancellation, rebill date or amount, please see cancellation links on the Contact Us or FAQ page. Membership of the site may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by this site or the Member upon notification of the other party by e-mail or conventional mail, or by telephone or fax. Members are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.

TRANSFER / NON-ASSIGNABILITY / THEFT OF YOUR LOGIN

Your Membership, user name and password (login) may not be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity. This includes but is not limited to, sending your Login to other parties and making your Login available where others may access it. Members must immediately inform stickyasian18.com of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure or use of a user name or password. Until stickyasian18.com is notified, by e-mail, or by telephone of any breach in security, the Member will remain liable for any unauthorised use of the Service.

CHARGEBACK RIGHTS AND FRAUD

You hereby agree that all misuse or fraud of your card will be promptly reported to stickyasian18.com. You also agree that any disputes with billing, delivery, or service quality will be investigated through stickyasian18.com.

Members shall indemnify and hold stickyasian18.com harmless from any and all claims, fines or other damages imposed by any credit card company or other entity due to excessive chargebacks, which are the cumulative result of the member’s fraudulent actions.

Any charges disputed by the member with your issuing bank or financial institution without first contacting the site for resolution may be construed as an attempt to defraud stickyasian18.com.

MEMBER REFUNDS

Membership fees are non-refundable once the Login details have been used and members have started to download the videos.

If the member is unable to access stickyasian18.com due to technical problems unrelated to stickyasian18.com, the Membership fee shall not be refunded

If situation where a refund is issued, ALL refunds will be made by crediting the member’s credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

AGREEMENT TO VIEW ADULT MATERIAL

By purchasing a Membership to stickyasian18.com you are making the following statements: "Under penalty of perjury, I swear/affirm that as of this moment, I am an adult, at least 18 years of age." "I promise that I will not permit any person(s) under 18 years of age to have access to any of the materials contained within this site."

The site is designed and intended SOLELY for ADULTS - people who are at least 18 years old, who are interested in and wish to have access to visual images, verbal descriptions and audio sounds of a sexually oriented and erotic nature. Stickyasian18.com does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained on the site. Any of the information offered on the stickyasian18.com site may change at any time without notice.

The videos, photographs and other materials on stickyasian18.com are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property or fitness for a particular purpose.

Members of stickyasian18.com are responsible for providing all the personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the site. All materials on the site are copyrighted and are protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws.

Stickyasian.com makes no representation as to any of the information found at the site. In no event shall stickyasian18.com be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use or inability to use the material or information available on the site, even if stickyasian18.com has been advised of such damages.

In addition to these Terms of Service, stickyasian18.com may have additional Terms of Service that are an integral part of this Agreement. All Terms of Service apply to stickyasian18.com, and you. I agree to the Terms of Service specified by the site linked to this page.

Download Limit: Each stickyasian18.com Member may download a limited number of movies each day within reason. It's in our discretion to cancel a Member’s account without refund in the event that a member abuses this facility.
